Näin pyydät tietojesi poistamista

UNQO-tililläsi ei tällä hetkellä ole itsepalveluna toimivaa "poista tili" -painiketta. Voit pyytää käyttäjätilisi ja siihen liittyvien henkilötietojen poistamista lähettämällä pyynnön osoitteeseen:

Merkitse viestiin tilillesi rekisteröity sähköpostiosoite. Vahvistamme pyynnön vastaanoton ja poistamme tai anonymisoimme tilisi tiedot kohtuullisessa ajassa, ellei meillä ole lakisääteistä velvoitetta säilyttää tiettyjä tietoja pidempään (katso tietosuojaseloste, kohta "Tietojen säilytysaika").

Mitä poistetaan

• Käyttäjätilisi tiedot (sähköposti, käyttäjänimi, salasanan tiiviste, mahdollinen profiilikuva).
• Palveluun lataamasi tiedostot (brändimateriaali, kuvat, videot, logot).
• Yhdistettyjen some-tilien (Google/YouTube, Meta/Facebook/Instagram) valtuutustiedot — tilisi yhteys näihin palveluihin katkaistaan.

Yrityksen tilaukseen liittyviä laskutus- tai kirjanpitotietoja voidaan joutua säilyttämään kirjanpitolainsäädännön edellyttämän ajan, vaikka käyttäjätilisi poistettaisiin.

Yhdistetyt Google- ja Meta-tilit

Jos olet yhdistänyt YouTube-kanavasi tai Facebook/Instagram-tilisi UNQO:hon, voit itse peruuttaa Palvelun käyttöoikeuden näihin tileihin milloin tahansa oman Google- tai Meta-tilisi asetuksista (Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions, Meta: sovellusasetukset osoitteessa facebook.com/settings) — tämä ei edellytä yhteydenottoa meihin.

How to request deletion of your data

Your UNQO account does not currently have a self-service "delete account" button. You can request deletion of your user account and its associated personal data by sending a request to:

info@wellstudio.fi

Please include the email address registered to your account. We will confirm receipt of your request and delete or anonymize your account data within a reasonable time, unless we are legally required to retain certain data longer (see the "Retention period" section of our Privacy Policy).

What gets deleted

• Your user account data (email, username, password hash, profile picture if any).
• Files you uploaded to the Service (brand assets, images, videos, logos).
• Authorization for any connected social accounts (Google/YouTube, Meta/Facebook/Instagram) — your account's connection to these services is revoked.

Billing or accounting records tied to your company's subscription may need to be retained for the period required by accounting law, even if your user account is deleted.

Connected Google and Meta accounts

If you've connected your YouTube channel or Facebook/Instagram account to UNQO, you can revoke the Service's access to those accounts yourself at any time from your own Google or Meta account settings (Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions, Meta: app settings at facebook.com/settings) — this does not require contacting us.
