Käyttäjätili. Kun luot tilin tai kirjaudut sisään, käsittelemme sähköpostiosoitettasi, käyttäjänimeäsi ja salasanaasi (tallennettuna vahvasti suojattuna tiivisteenä, ei koskaan selkokielisenä). Jos kirjaudut Google-tilillä, saamme Googlelta nimesi, sähköpostiosoitteesi ja profiilikuvasi; profiilikuva tallennetaan palvelimellemme.
Yrityksen brändi- ja markkinointitiedot. Palvelu näyttää tilaukseesi liittyvät yritys- ja brändiedot (esim. yrityksen nimi, toimiala, yhteyshenkilön nimi, osoite, verkkosivut, puhelinnumero) sekä markkinointisuunnitelman sisällön. Nämä tiedot syötetään palveluun asiakassuhteen hoitamista varten.
Tapahtumista vastaavien henkilöiden yhteystiedot. Markkinointisuunnitelman tapahtumille voidaan nimetä vastuuhenkilö ja hänen puhelinnumeronsa. Jos puhelinnumero on annettu, Palvelu voi lähettää kyseiseen numeroon WhatsApp-muistutusviestin tapahtumapäivänä sekä ylläpitäjän pyynnöstä yksittäisen testiviestin, Metan WhatsApp Business -alustan kautta. Viesti sisältää vastuuhenkilön nimen sekä tapahtuman ja suunnitelman tiedot. Vastaat siitä, että sinulla on oikeus antaa tämä puhelinnumero ja että kyseinen henkilö on suostunut vastaanottamaan tällaisia viestejä.
Yhdistetyt some- ja mainostilit. Jos yhdistät oman YouTube-kanavasi, Facebook/Instagram-tilisi, TikTok-tilisi, LinkedIn-yrityssivusi tai Meta- tai Google Ads -mainostilisi, palvelu hakee ja näyttää kyseisen kanavan/tilin koontitason tilastoja (esim. tilaaja- ja seuraajamäärät, katselukerrat, tavoittavuus, sitoutuminen, mainoskulut ja -tulokset). Emme kerää yksittäisten katsojien, seuraajien tai kommentoijien henkilötietoja, vaan ainoastaan oman kanavasi/tilisi kokonaistilastoja. Tallennamme yhdistetyn tilin käyttöoikeusavaimet salattuina sekä päivittäiset tilastot, jotta eri ajanjaksoja voidaan verrata. Avaimet poistetaan, kun katkaiset yhteyden, ja tilastot, kun suunnitelma poistetaan. LinkedIn-tilastoja säilytetään enintään vuoden, LinkedIn-julkaisujen sisältöä (tekstiä ja esikatselukuvaa) enintään kuusi kuukautta ja LinkedIn-sivun nimeä enintään kahdeksan viikkoa ilman päivitystä.
Tekoälyn sisältöideat. Kun käyttäjä pyytää palvelun kalenterissa tekoälyltä sisältöideoita, lähetämme Anthropicin Claude-tekoälypalveluun ideoiden laatimiseen tarvittavat tiedot: yrityksen nimen, brändiprofiilin tiedot (toimiala, brändilupaus, kohderyhmä, äänensävy, avainsanat ja esimerkkikehotteet), markkinointisuunnitelman lähiajan julkaisujen päivämäärät, otsikot, sisältöpilarit ja formaatit sekä lyhyitä tekstikatkelmia parhaiten menestyneistä julkaisuista (ei LinkedIn-julkaisuista). Emme lähetä käyttäjätilien tietoja, yhteyshenkilöiden nimiä, osoitteita tai puhelinnumeroita. Tietoja lähetetään vain, kun käyttäjä itse pyytää ideoita, ja tekoälyn ehdotukset tallentuvat suunnitelmaan vasta, kun käyttäjä hyväksyy ne.
Google Ads. Kun yhdistät Google Ads -tilin, haemme Google Ads API:n kautta pelkästään lukemalla valitsemasi mainostilin nimen, tunnuksen ja valuutan sekä sen tulokset: kulut, näyttökerrat, klikkaukset, klikkausprosentin (CTR), keskimääräisen klikkauskohtaisen hinnan (CPC), konversiot, päivittäisen kehityksen sekä eniten klikatun mainoksen nimen tai otsikon ja kuvan. Jos käytät mainostiliä ylläpitotilin (esim. mainostoimiston tilin) kautta, tallennamme myös ylläpitotilin tunnuksen. Palvelu ei koskaan luo, muokkaa tai poista kampanjoita, mainoksia, budjetteja tai asetuksia. Tietoja näytetään palvelussa vain kyseisen markkinointisuunnitelman käyttäjille ja suunnitelmaa hoitavalle UNQO:n henkilökunnalle. Kun katkaiset yhteyden, tallennettu käyttöoikeusavain poistetaan.
Tekoälyn suositukset seurantasivulla. Seurantasivun suosituskortti voi laatia suosituksia Anthropicin Claude-tekoälypalvelun avulla. Silloin lähetämme sinne yrityksen nimen, brändiprofiilin perustiedot (toimiala, brändilupaus, kohderyhmä, äänensävy), yhdistettyjen kanavien ja mainostilien koontitason tilastot ja niiden muutokset (esim. tavoittavuus, seuraajat, mainoskulut, CTR ja konversiot, myös YouTubesta haetut), eniten klikatun mainoksen nimen sekä lyhyitä tekstikatkelmia parhaiten menestyneistä julkaisuista. Google Ads -tilin tietoja lähetetään vain, jos suunnitelman käyttäjä on kytkenyt kortissa päälle valinnan "Käytä Google Ads -tietoja tekoälysuosituksissa". Valinnan voi kytkeä pois milloin tahansa, jolloin Google Ads -tietoja ei enää lähetetä. Tallennamme, kuka valintaa on muuttanut ja milloin. LinkedIn-tietoja emme lähetä, emmekä lähetä henkilötietoja yksittäisistä katsojista, seuraajista tai käyttäjätileistä. Suositukset laaditaan, kun seurantasivu avataan ja edelliset suositukset ovat vanhentuneet, tai kun käyttäjä päivittää ne itse.
Yhteydenottolomake. Kun lähetät viestin etusivun yhteydenottolomakkeella, käsittelemme nimesi, sähköpostiosoitteesi, yrityksesi nimen (jos annat sen) ja viestisi sisällön. Viesti välitetään sähköpostina asiakaspalveluumme, eikä sitä tallenneta palvelun tietokantaan. Väärinkäytösten estämiseksi lähettäjän IP-osoitetta käytetään hetkellisesti lähetysmäärien rajoittamiseen, eikä sitä tallenneta pysyvästi.
Ladatut tiedostot. Voit ladata palveluun brändimateriaalia, kuvia, videoita ja logoja sekä oman profiilikuvasi.
Evästeet ja selaimen tallennustila. Käytämme vain välttämättömiä evästeitä, emme markkinointi- tai seurantaevästeitä. Istuntoeväste (session) pitää sinut kirjautuneena; se poistuu, kun suljet selaimen, ja istunto päättyy palvelimella viimeistään 24 tunnin käyttämättömyyden tai 7 vuorokauden jälkeen. Jos valitset kirjautuessasi "Pysy kirjautuneena", eväste säilyy selaimessa enintään 30 päivää ja istunto päättyy 7 vuorokauden käyttämättömyyden tai 30 päivän jälkeen; tällöin tallennamme palvelimelle istunnon tunnisteesta johdetun tiivisteen, emme itse tunnistetta. Valinta ei ole käytettävissä ylläpitäjätileille, ja uloskirjautuminen tai salasanan vaihto päättää istunnon. Kun kirjaudut Google-tilillä tai yhdistät some- tai mainostilin, asetamme lisäksi lyhytaikaisen turvaevästeen (esim. oauth_state, li_oauth_state), joka estää väärennetyt kirjautumis- ja yhdistämispyynnöt ja vanhenee 10 minuutissa, sekä Google-kirjautumisessa tarvittaessa evästeen oauth_remember, joka muistaa "Pysy kirjautuneena" -valintasi kirjautumisen ajan. Selaimesi localStorage-tilaan tallennetaan kielivalintasi sekä tieto siitä, että olet sulkenut evästeilmoituksen.
Emme myy henkilötietojasi. Käytämme seuraavia palveluntarjoajia osana palvelun toteuttamista, jotka toimivat henkilötietojen käsittelijöinä:
Tämä palvelu käyttää YouTube API Services -rajapintaa. Yhdistämällä YouTube-kanavasi hyväksyt myös YouTuben käyttöehdot, ja YouTube API Servicesin kautta käsiteltyihin tietoihisi sovelletaan Googlen tietosuojakäytäntöä. Voit milloin tahansa peruuttaa Palvelun käyttöoikeuden YouTube-kanavaasi Google-tilisi käyttöoikeusasetuksista.
Yhdistämällä TikTok-tilisi hyväksyt myös TikTokin käyttöehdot, ja TikTokin rajapintojen kautta käsiteltyihin tietoihisi sovelletaan TikTokin tietosuojakäytäntöä. Voit milloin tahansa katkaista Palvelun käyttöoikeuden TikTok-tiliisi TikTok-sovelluksen asetuksista (Asetukset ja tietosuoja → Turvallisuus ja käyttöoikeudet → Sovellukset ja verkkosivut) tai Palvelun Seuranta-sivun kautta.
Yhdistämällä LinkedIn-yrityssivusi hyväksyt myös LinkedInin käyttöehdot, ja LinkedInin rajapintojen kautta käsiteltyihin tietoihin sovelletaan LinkedInin tietosuojakäytäntöä. Voit milloin tahansa katkaista Palvelun käyttöoikeuden LinkedInin asetuksista (Asetukset ja tietosuoja → Tietosuoja → Sallitut palvelut) tai Palvelun Seuranta-sivun kautta.
UNQO:n tapa käyttää Googlen rajapinnoista (Google-kirjautuminen, YouTube API Services, Google Ads API ja Google Sheets) saatuja tietoja ja siirtää niitä muihin sovelluksiin noudattaa Google API Services User Data Policy -käytäntöä, mukaan lukien sen Limited Use -vaatimukset. Emme myy näitä tietoja, emme käytä niitä mainontaan emmekä yleiskäyttöisten tekoälymallien kouluttamiseen. Voit milloin tahansa peruuttaa Palvelun käyttöoikeuden Google-tiliisi, myös Google Ads -tiliin, Google-tilisi käyttöoikeusasetuksista tai katkaisemalla yhteyden palvelun seurantasivulla.
Tekoälyn sisältöideoita ja seurantasivun suosituksia varten lähetettyihin tietoihin sovelletaan Anthropicin tietosuojakäytäntöä.
Voimme myös luovuttaa tietoja viranomaiselle, jos laki niin edellyttää.
Säilytämme tilitietojasi niin kauan kuin tilisi on aktiivinen. Yhdistetyistä LinkedIn-sivuista haettuja tietoja säilytetään lyhyemmin, kohdassa 2 kuvatulla tavalla (tilastot enintään vuoden, julkaisujen sisältö enintään kuusi kuukautta). Salasanan palautuslinkit vanhenevat 30 minuutissa. Yhteydenottolomakkeella lähetettyjä viestejä säilytetään sähköpostissamme niin kauan kuin asian hoitaminen ja mahdollinen asiakassuhde sitä edellyttävät. Kun pyydät tilisi poistamista, poistamme tai anonymisoimme henkilötietosi kohtuullisessa ajassa, ellei meillä ole lakisääteistä velvoitetta säilyttää tietoja pidempään. Katso tietojen poisto-ohjeet saadaksesi tarkat ohjeet poistopyynnön tekemiseen.
Salasanat tallennetaan suolattuna ja tiivistettynä salasanojen tallennukseen tarkoitetulla hitaalla algoritmilla, emmekä koskaan tallenna salasanaa selkokielisenä. Istuntoevästeet on suojattu HttpOnly-, Secure- ja SameSite-asetuksin, ja yhteys palveluun on salattu (HTTPS). Yhdistettyjen some- ja mainostilien käyttöoikeusavaimet tallennetaan salattuina.
Osa yllä mainituista palveluntarjoajista (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Anthropic, Resend) saattaa käsitellä tietoja EU/ETA-alueen ulkopuolella. Tällöin siirto perustuu asianmukaisiin suojatoimiin, kuten Euroopan komission hyväksymiin vakiosopimuslausekkeisiin.

User account. When you create an account or sign in, we process your email address, username, and password (stored as a strong salted hash, never in plain text). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google; the profile picture is stored on our servers.
Company/brand marketing data. The service displays the company and brand information tied to your subscription (e.g. company name, industry, contact person's name, address, website, phone number) as well as the content of your marketing plan. This data is entered into the service to manage the customer relationship.
Event responsible-person contact details. Marketing plan events can be assigned a responsible person and their phone number. If a phone number is provided, the Service may send a WhatsApp reminder message to that number on the day of the event, as well as a one-off test message at an administrator's request, via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. The message includes the responsible person's name and details of the event and plan. You are responsible for having the right to provide this phone number and for that person's consent to receive such messages.
Connected social media and ad accounts. If you connect your own YouTube channel, Facebook/Instagram account, TikTok account, LinkedIn company page, or Meta or Google Ads ad account, the service fetches and displays aggregate, channel/account-level statistics (e.g. subscriber/follower counts, views, reach, engagement, ad spend and results). We do not collect personal data about individual viewers, followers, or commenters, only overall statistics for your own connected channel/account. We store the connected account's access keys in encrypted form, along with daily statistics so that periods can be compared. The access keys are deleted when you disconnect the account, and the statistics when the plan is deleted. LinkedIn statistics are kept for at most one year, LinkedIn post content (text and preview image) for at most six months, and a LinkedIn page's name for at most eight weeks without being refreshed.
AI content ideas. When a user asks the AI for content ideas in the service's calendar, we send the information needed to write those ideas to Anthropic's Claude AI service: the company name, brand profile details (industry, brand promise, target audience, tone of voice, keywords and example calls to action), the dates, titles, content pillars and formats of posts planned in the near term, and short text excerpts from the best-performing posts (not from LinkedIn posts). We do not send user account details, contact persons' names, addresses or phone numbers. Data is only sent when a user asks for ideas, and the AI's suggestions are only saved to the plan once a user accepts them.
Google Ads. When you connect a Google Ads account, we use the Google Ads API with read-only use to fetch the selected ad account's name, ID and currency, and its results: cost, impressions, clicks, click-through rate (CTR), average cost per click (CPC), conversions, the daily trend, and the name or headline and image of the most-clicked ad. If you reach the ad account through a manager account (for example an agency account), we also store the manager account's ID. The service never creates, edits or deletes campaigns, ads, budgets or settings. The data is shown in the service only to the users of that marketing plan and to the UNQO staff who manage the plan. When you disconnect, the stored access key is deleted.
AI recommendations on the Tracking page. The Tracking page's recommendations card can write recommendations using Anthropic's Claude AI service. For that we send the company name, basic brand profile details (industry, brand promise, target audience, tone of voice), aggregate statistics of connected channels and ad accounts and how they changed (e.g. reach, followers, ad spend, CTR and conversions, including data fetched from YouTube), the name of the most-clicked ad, and short text excerpts from the best-performing posts. Google Ads account data is only sent if a user of the plan has switched on "Use Google Ads data in AI recommendations" on the card. It can be switched off at any time, after which no Google Ads data is sent. We record who changed the setting and when. We never send LinkedIn data, and we never send personal data about individual viewers, followers or user accounts. Recommendations are generated when the Tracking page is opened and the previous ones are out of date, or when a user refreshes them.
Contact form. When you send a message using the contact form on our front page, we process your name, email address, company name (if you give one) and the content of your message. The message is forwarded by email to our customer service and is not stored in the service's database. To prevent abuse, the sender's IP address is used briefly to limit the number of messages sent, and is not stored permanently.
Uploaded files. You may upload brand assets, images, videos and logos, as well as your own profile picture.
Cookies and browser storage. We only use strictly necessary cookies, never marketing or tracking cookies. The session cookie (session) keeps you signed in; it expires when you close your browser, and the session also ends on our server after 24 hours of inactivity, or 7 days after sign-in at the latest. If you choose "Keep me signed in" when signing in, the cookie stays in your browser for up to 30 days and the session ends after 7 days of inactivity or 30 days after sign-in; we then store a hash derived from the session identifier on our server, never the identifier itself. This option isn't available for admin accounts, and signing out or changing your password ends the session. When you sign in with Google or connect a social media or ad account, we also set a short-lived security cookie (e.g. oauth_state, li_oauth_state) that protects against forged sign-in and connection requests and expires after 10 minutes, and, for Google sign-in, an oauth_remember cookie that carries your "Keep me signed in" choice through the sign-in. Your browser's localStorage holds your language preference and a note that you have dismissed the cookie notice.
We do not sell your personal data. We use the following service providers, which act as data processors, to run the service:
This service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and data processed through YouTube API Services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the Service's access to your YouTube channel at any time from your Google account's permissions settings.
By connecting your TikTok account, you also agree to the TikTok Terms of Service, and data processed through TikTok's APIs is subject to the TikTok Privacy Policy. You can revoke the Service's access to your TikTok account at any time from the TikTok app's settings (Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Manage apps) or from the Service's Tracking page.
By connecting your LinkedIn company page, you also agree to the LinkedIn User Agreement, and data processed through LinkedIn's APIs is subject to the LinkedIn Privacy Policy. You can revoke the Service's access at any time from LinkedIn's settings (Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services) or from the Service's Tracking page.
UNQO's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs (Google sign-in, YouTube API Services, the Google Ads API and Google Sheets) will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. You can revoke the Service's access to your Google account, including a Google Ads account, at any time from your Google account's permissions settings or by disconnecting it on the service's Tracking page.
Data sent for AI content ideas and Tracking page recommendations is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose data to authorities where required by law.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Data fetched from a connected LinkedIn page is kept for shorter periods, as described in section 2 (statistics for at most one year, post content for at most six months). Password reset links expire after 30 minutes. Messages sent through the contact form are kept in our email for as long as handling the matter and any resulting customer relationship requires. When you request deletion of your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable time, unless we are legally required to retain it longer. See our data deletion instructions for exactly how to submit a request.
Passwords are stored salted and hashed using a slow algorithm designed for password storage, and we never store your password in plain text. Session cookies are protected with HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite attributes, and the connection to the service is encrypted (HTTPS). Access keys for connected social media and ad accounts are stored encrypted.
Some of the providers listed above (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Anthropic, Resend) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this occurs, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
